For this effect I used bevel and emboss to make the text have a stamp/ burnt look to the wood.

1 picture of an owl and I cutted out the dogs head holding a stick. For the dogs head I used a lasso tool to select the dog and converted it into a png file. Next I dragged the png on top of the owl and used a healing brush to blend in the collar area.

This Effect is called the Disintegration Effect. For this effect I used liquify, layer masks and all sorts of shapes to create the fade away effect.

This picture originally had only the people and the tall pillars. This picture was all converted to png files to make it easier to move things around. What I did is that I used the lasso tool to cutout the pillar and the people. Next I putted both of the prairie dogs on top of the original photo and then putted the pillar on top of the prairie dogs. For the fire I used the select and mask option to make the fire more transparent. 

For creating this image I used the selection color range in order to be able to change the color of the tie. I also used Hue/Saturation to pick the color that I want which in this case I chose red for the new color.

For this post card creation I used the Bevel and emboss for the text and the shapes. In this creation I also used 3D text for the top right post card. For the bottom left post card I wanted the text to have a shiny gold luxurious look to it so I made the lighting point downwards onto the text and added shadows to make it look like its rising from the card. 

For repairing a photo wether it is ripped or crumpled like this one I used the healing brush tool to blend in the colors to make it look like a brand new photo but, be sure not to over do it otherwise it would look like it has been smeared.
