Case Study
We composed and produced the song "School skipper" for the Honda Civic commercial directed by Los Pérez. Regarding the music experience, we created a beat filled with bassy and powerful sounds with a lot of impact and percussiveness, to transmit the grandiosity of the experience.
In addition, as the narrative of the campaign was all around the use of a palindrome (a phrase that can be read both ways) we played with reversed instruments and sounds.
To recreate this feeling of fun and cheerfulness we used many old and new samplers to track sounds of kids playing and yelling.
We also played with drum machines, reversed guitars and tapes.
