Example screens from the new service
Working as a service designer at Samaritans, I was responsible for the national roll-out of their new "Become a Samaritan" volunteer recruitment service.

I worked with a team of designers and developers to deliver the new service, conducting user research, design sprints and stakeholder engagement workshops.
My user journey maps were a vital communication tool during the project
More example screens, including the "stop and think" pattern, which encourages users to take time to consider the emotional demands of being a Samaritan.
