Graffit is an investment by Hines Polska in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The Polish branch of Rolfe Judd studio from London was responsible for the architectural design.
The distinctive exterior, glass façade and ergonomic interiors are just a few of the advantages of this modern building complex. The investor's creative approach to the workspace allowed for a bold concept of the interior. The reception area of Graffit is decorated with murals by Polish street artists - Chazme and Robert Proch. Kolektyf designed and prepared the visual information system, with unique infographics, and floor and wall markings in the underground car park. The building, which has a symmetrical design, was divided into white and black areas to help users find the right elevators and staircases.
