    I have been director of UX for Caring.com for the last 3 years, and in that time I've designed every single new feature. As the brand owner, I control all visual design aspects and coordinate the team of designers. Read Less

Caring star badge.  Awarded to providers who are rated extremely highly each year.
Health page redesign.  Project was tabled by company pivot, but has recently been reopened.

Steps and Stages product landing page.  Conversion from this page was 22%.  When we changed the static image of the ladies to a video from our CEO, conversion increased to 30%.

Custom Care Guide version 1.  This was my first project with the company, and remains my favorite.  It's the first time a UI I have designed has brought users to tears - of happiness.  During user testing, more than one user started to cry when they saw this page, saying that it was exactly what they needed to help them through the hardest thing they've ever had to do.

Provider page redesign.  Caring's original provider page did not look very professional and didn't have a clear hierarchy of information.  Also, reviews were hard to find and the lead form didn't jump out at the user.

SEM landing page test.  Iniitial concept of this page was by another person, based on a previous concept by me.  Working together, we refined until this page peaked at an 8% conversion rate, then we abandoned it for a higher converting design.
Caring Review form.  My research revealed that people searching for care desperately wanted reviews to help them differentiate providers and know what to expect.  We already accepted reviews, but we made a major push to get more, and this generic form was part of the effort.

Caring.com SEM page.  This was a 6-page wizard that guided users through the process of choosing a provider and submitting their info.  Conversion rate peaked for this project at 11%.
