HEB Central Market is a high end grocery store with very few locations in Texas that offers high quality produce for real food connoisseurs. Famous for its five star bakery, wide selection of cheeses, wines, and specialty foods, Central Market is especially known for offering variety of international foods and beverages. 

Passport France was a school project that involved creating an ad campaign advertising the high quality produce imported from France. The famous hand painted and hand lettered French posters of 1910's- 1940's, most famous of which were, probably, the iconic Chat Noir and Moulin Rogue posters, as well as the Jouets poster featured in Friend's Monica Gellar's  apartment, served as inspiration for this project. The biggest challenge was to avoid going authentic and period appropriate, but create the pieces that are more generalized, somewhat cliche, conveying the general romanticized feel of France. 

To create each piece I used Photoshop's paint brush for the illustrations and hand lettered some of the headings to trace them in Illustrator.
