Amsterdam wall design contest

Eberhard van der Laan, the mayor of Amsterdam died sadly last year. In his final letter to the city of Amsterdam he wrote the now famous last words: Take good care of our city, and each other.

He holds the city heart of Amsterdam and it's people lovingly in his arms. The design is in red, white and black, the colours of Amsterdam.
