I've been an X-Men fan for as long as I can remember. The characters, stories, legacies...what's not to love?
From watching the 92' animated series to reading low quality reprints of Whedon's Astonishing X-Men run, these fictional group of heroes by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby have been influential in my work today. At first, I thought of doing a regular tribute with few characters. But the roster in "X-Men Red" (Tom Taylor and Mahmud Asrar) pretty much consists of many characters I love. So here goes--art by me with colors by Stefani Rennee.
Bearded Nightcrawler has to be the one of the best things ever.
