I created this poster in InDesign as a means to promote the work I’ve done in RCID 8110 for the showcase on Monday, December 3, 2018. It features visual excerpts from all of my design projects this semester as well as an open-source image of colorful ink art from pixabay.com. I cropped this image so that a range of colors could be seen, especially the brighter ink colors, which helped the explanatory text pop more. I chose to pair each project excerpt with this image since the general color palette used in each project was complementary to the ink colors. Ultimately, in this design, I hoped to achieve a bright but relatively simple poster that incorporated every project in an attractive and appealing way.
