I decided a choose a brand and create a very different design style from it’s current look and feel, yet keep in mind the brand’s rich history and iconic representation. Black Label adverts of the past used to feature men in coal mines or woman in empowering posistions. With this in mind I created a design that features a woman’s face at the centre of the label. The design style is retro with virbant colours. The logo that i re-designed still has the name of the beer in bold type. It features a beer bottle cap, with an eye ball in the middle, which means its a beer for the people by the people.
