The second piece in my Senior Thesis on motion Illustration. This piece features a large neon sign on a brick wall, flashing and illuminating the night. The story behind this one is that it is a cold, crisp night, someone went outside to get some fresh air and became captivated by the lights and the stutter of the hearts.
