Taylor Wessing project...
For the Taylor Wessing project I will be focusing on tattoos, I have a model that I can communicate with and will tel me why he has so many tattoos. I will take photographs of him in his house, I will most likely use a grey/ blue backdrop but I will take some photographs of the model in the natural surrounding as well.
I have booked out the pro head flash system because I will be traveling quite far and I needed to think about how I will carry some things.
Tattoos...
Tattoos have recently become incredibly popular and are more accepted by society than ever before. There are many reasons for this, one being their endorsement through celebrity culture. There are countless people with tattooed sleeves and other bits and pieces. Some tattoos you cannot hide, like facial tattoos...they become you and people see you differently.
It is good get to know the subject a bit better because everyone has interesting stories and backgrounds. Obviously, there are some things that are impossible to communicate with an image, so the text adds to the portrait without changing it.
