A family business with a long history of industry leadership, La Tortilla Factory found itself at a crossroads. They wanted to update their identity, yet reassure longtime customers the commitment to quality, family and community was as strong as ever. We started by refining the brand voice, refreshing the logo, and revising the tagline. This led to an ongoing mutually rewarding partnership, including packaging and website redesigns that better reflect La Tortilla Factory’s reputation as an industry leader and innovator, while bringing new energy to the brand, and engaging customers in fresh ways and multiple consumer touch points.
