The Pratt Norman assignment was aimed at establishing a brand logo and word mark for a hypothetical entertainment boutique legal firm. The client briefing called for a logo and nameplate that was modern and classy. 

To that end, the direction taken with this piece was to establish a strong nameplate, and go for simplicity over flashy visuals. Pratt Norman was placed in a bold typeface in order to stand out, and is capped in with an opened border. The black and white colour scheme gives Pratt Norman a professional and mature personality, while also tying into the legal nature of the firm. 

The bordering around the nameplate represents the kind of security the firm can offer to clients in the entertainment industry, and how they would be safe in good hands with Pratt Norman.
