Introducing my very first CGI animation try. For this purpose I used my older no-commercial CGI project which I already had modelled - Villa Spee. It is a real-world project designed by Dutch architectural studio Lab32 architecten which I decided to recreate in 3d some time ago. 

My idea was to create a nice architectural video with a subtle camera movement together with some calm music in background. Also I wanted to use some kind of timelapse effect where camera moves slowly but you can see also the movement of the Sun.

To create this animation I used 3ds Max in combination with Corona Renderer. The whole scene is pure 3d except the fire in the fireplace - this is added in post-production. To create a sequence from rendered frames and to create a video I used Adobe After effects.
