A modern adaptation of classical architecture. This residential complex is designed not to disrupt the architectural harmony of the historical centre, and at the same time, to set the tone of a comfortable life in the central part of the city.

Solutions:
- Efficient utilization of the site provided the complex’s residents with an own inner pedestrian courtyard
- The placement of accents and height of sections remain in line with the number of stories of surrounding buildings in order not to disrupt the general ensemble of Richna and Dmytrivska Streets
- Austere decoration system supports the required style with modern techniques
- The visual branch on the 5-6 window width forms the silhouette and image of the complex, the building seems to have a complex of three sections, while in fact there are two
- The cascade system of sections with terraces directed inwards allows to expose the inner courtyard space and the neighboring building’s grounds to sunlight
- The inner courtyard is divided into the active and quiet areas. The active area features a children’s playground and free Wi-Fi, while the quiet area has a green alley with benches and a comfortable pergola

Facts and details:
- The only building in central Kyiv, where the number of parking spots matches the number of apartments
- Double-height lobby unites the complex’s two sections with the single entrance group leading to the courtyard
- Apartment layouts are conformant with contemporary global trends: apartments are ranked by the number of bedrooms, not rooms
- The house has apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, as well as specific, duplex apartments and apartments with terraces
- The building has a fenced-off garden located in the courtyard at the second-floor level, featuring a promenade alley, pedestrian park and children’s playground
