A traditional way of making tea is to immerse the tea into water physically. However, since most people cannot operate perfectly in terms of timing, temperature etc., it makes it very difficult to make a perfect brew. In Qi Aerista, as inspired by eastern philosophy of “Qi” (or called “Ki”) which circulates inside the human body and connects different organs, we use air pump to let air bring water up and mix with the tea for multiple times. Also we use electronics system to control this process allowing everybody to easily enjoy a tasty brew.
