Eternal Rose – Comprehensive Branding/Marketing Initiative:
Eternal Rose was a start-up, online floral store that I developed from the ground- up. Initially, I performed an audience and competitor analysis to better understand the dried, floral industry. Also, I developed a value and mission statement in order to develop effective branding strategy. The design process consisted of creating the logo, website, digital graphic assets, business cards and brochures in both English and Japanese languages. All floral products were professionally photographer and posted on the company blog and social media sites for online promotion.
1. Brand Strategy Development
After completing an audience, competitor, and SWOT analysis for the targeted market, the company vision and mission statement, and logo design were created. All creative and business ideas were translated for meeting the needs of the specified, target audience. Finally, I created a Brand Style-Guide to create a comprehensive, consistent design throughout the Eternal Rose brand.
2. Website and E-commerce Site
Based on the Brand Style-Guide, I created an HTML5 & CSS3, responsive website in both English and Japanese as well the e-commerce site on Volusion and Etsy. During the Christmas season, the Eternal Rose website design was altered to provide seasoned, holiday shopping experience.
3. Product Design and Photography
As a floral designer, I have designed 50+ floral arrangement as well as photographed all website products.
4. Print Design
Designed business cards and brochures in order to develop first-time customer loyalty as part of a marketing strategy.
5. Web Marketing
Utilizing Google AdWords extensibly to promote the brand awareness throughout the U.S. As a result, the website traffic increased by 200%. Eternal Rose employed Facebook and blogs to further increase brand awareness.
