Corporate identity for Museum of Folk Architecture and Life in Pirogiv village

unconscious.
Description:
Corporate identity is executed in ethno-style, that became more and more popular in the field of design. The big idea was to investigate directly related to the scansen ethnic symbols that can influence on collective unconsious and can be used it in the development of corporate identity for scansen.
The basis of the corporate image is a combination of ethnic symbols with recognizable images of the museum. The key image is the silhouette of the windmill which contains the monogram of museum. The blades of the windmill depict an ancient Slavic symbol - Humiis, a sign of fertility and harvest. Humiis is famous element of the oldest exhibit of the museum - a traditional West Ukrainian house dated 1587 year. Sign is characterized by simplicity, brightness and conciseness.
