Based in the North West Priority Growth Area – Colebee, Sandstone Ridge is a 'House & Land Package' property marketing project. We have devoted ourselves to the task of rebranding for this case including logo update, colour palette recreation, property marketing collaterals design and post-design production. Inspired by its original logo, the concept of 'writing your own story' is well explained by utilising flowing lines and handwritten typeface. It is further reinforced by a summarised informative folder, a  brochure and an eye-catching seal indicating the number of your preferred lot.
