Digital Marketing strategy for Cabify Spain
As part of a workshop on Digital Strategy for real brands, we were comissioned to create a 360º strategy for Cabify Madrid, Spain.
The strategy was based in the idea of enjoying, using hashtags to enforce this and redisigning the instagram feed to portray the new strategy.
In an attempt to attract and build loyalty with clients, we decided to create a Loyalty program to incorporate into the existing app, as well as re-designing the iconic plastic water bottles into tetrabrick ones, to also comunicate Cabify's enviromentally friendly atittude.
The new water bottle designs are not only more environmentally friendly, but also play with popular songs in spanish and the different situations in which someone would call a Cabify: while going on holidays, commuting to work or coming home after a party.
Design proposal for including a loyalty program in the app, which will give the client access to rewards such as free cabify rides, discounts in entertainment options in the city in which they are using the app and exclusive access to special offers.
For the instagram feed we decided to divide it in 3 columns, each of which portrays one of the values we wanted to enforce in the image of the brand. One shows joy moments made possible thanks to the tranquility of having more time to enjoy little moments due to the effective service of cabify, another column to communicate the organization's values and news, and a third one which shows cities where the service is available, encouraging the user to visit them and to use Cabify.
