Eeyou Istchee. This is the name of the beautiful vastness we came to know a little better, up North, from the outskirts of Val d'Or and Chibougamau to the banks of James Bay.
A small team of researchers from Laval University, we wanted to know how digital technologies, mainly social media & mobile devices, were affecting life in Cree communities.
Our study led us to many rich encounters, a publication and a conference at the annual ECEG (European Conference on E-Government) in Barcelona.
