User Research Workshop with Marriott Milan
In-Room Service and Experience

This workshop is part of Master in Service Design, VI Edition at Poli.Design, Milan. For 6 days in the time frame of 2 weeks (5-14 November 2018), groups of students got to do desk and field research (at the hotel), analyse data and insights, identify opportunity areas, generate 'How Might We' questions and carry out visualisation and storytelling of the research they have done since the first day of the workshop.  With the other 3 students, my group was given a topic of "During the hotel experience –in the hotel room", therefore we were responsible for the user research in that part.  Below are some parts taken from our actual presentation we've done to show the client, Milan Marriott Hotel, featured with the user research, user journeys and emotional mapping.
