Animal Farm book cover for the Penguin Design Awards 2017.
By utilising an acetate primary cover that has the ears of a pig printed on, the book becomes interactive, whilst acting as a protective layer to the paper cover. The idea is to show Stalin whilst controversially hiding the eye of the Russian dictator. The similarities between Stalin and Napoleon in the book is uncanny, hence my use on the cover.
