Decided to design an Overwatch skin concept for Soldier: 76 which I originally envisioned as a Halloween or Legendary skin. It has some Reaper influence but is mostly inspired by Ghost Rider (the Spirit of Vengeance). See more at artstation.com/stevenwayne
