Ask a Parent - Learning Ally
Ask a Parent allows users to submit questions on Children with Learning Disabilities and their journey, to a panel of "Parent Experts" that have been hand selected. These parent experts have been there, dealing with the schools, lawyers, and doctors and want to help other parents who are still left stranded.
My role as teh UX Lead, was todesign a platform that would allow users to discover, investigate, and ask questions of common topic areas.
It was designed for teh intent to easily ask a question at any point of a user sifting through the product.
