The I.S.T.D briefs of 2015 gave the opportunity to create something around the Nobel prize. I thought it appropriate to aknowledge Irelands sucess, and focus on the irish victors John Hume and David Trimble. The book is designed to be informative and to give an understanding of the troubles in the North through significant events. 

Expressive hand rendered type is used throughout, and is a reflective of the event being discussed. The black and white colour palette was chosen to signify the starkness of the times. The wine coloured cover and ribbon were chosen as a nod to religion and prayer books.
