Springs Ensemble Theatre (SET) 2019 Posters
Create a series of 5 posters advertising the 2018-2019 season of Springs Ensemble Theatre.
Solution
This project came along shortly after the design I created for The Black Klansman. I really enjoyed the style of a clean background with a simple illustration and all the details hand lettered. I focused on one strong central image for each play and then added a subtler background image in a watermark gray behind it. I hand lettered each play's title, author, director and dates. I based my lettering styles off of the play's plot. Colors were also carefully chosen to match the play.
