To Oban is a short travel film, inspired by travels around Scotland’s Highlands and Islands. I made this piece over the course
of three days on a trip to the coastal town. As a personal piece, I wanted to explore how people connect differently to remote areas of Scotland, in contrast with much of my previous work which focuses on urban living. I explored parallels between the old
and the new to create a powerful video which I shot and edited independently.
