"The Other Side" is the name of the product we created for the exam of Design in Naba (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Milano), in collaboration with Cargo High Tech.

A versatile product, which is made to be used as a cutting board, as a tray or even just as a home feature. Together with my colleagues Francesca Bandi, Giulia Ghiaroni and Monica Servo, we looked at many different food cultures, choosing Andalucia, Brazil, Greece and India to get the final inspiration and create the textures on the four different bricks (which can be overturned since they are different on the two sides: one is coloured, the other carved).

The product is totally made in fir wood, with a central sac made in linen.

The logo we designed comprehends the four colours that characterised the different countries and comes from the idea of overturning the bricks.
