Butterkist Rebrand

Another second year project, this Butterkist rebrand is a bit more explorative than most as it was a competition brief set to us by an agency who did the official rebrand. In groups of four we came up with ideas that could run over packaging and an advertising campaign with scope to potentially push further.
 
Our idea centres around this 1950s/1960s b-movie set which we used as the basis for all of our packaging. The sticker and rocket adapt to what each flavour is ranging from toffee to cinnamon and the chunks of popcorn act as asteroids floating around in space. This space b-movie set idea gives the brand ownability and scope to extend the brand into further markets.
