When I was a kid, I was a Gridman/Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad devotee. When I found out it was being rebooted into an anime, I was obviously ecstatic about it. I’m very happy with what Studio Trigger was able to do. The action is great, but it’s also very character driven with its own unique interpretation. I’m clearly biased, but give it a watch if you haven’t already, it’s more than just a mecha/superhero anime. Here's my digital painting tribute to a cool show.
