Grand Soleil - VR Interactive Experience
I was hired to create an interactive VR experience on a new luxury building showing off its various blueprint options and floor plans. Using Unreal Engine 4 we were able to create a run the scene in real time with easy comaptibility with Oculus Rift.
We created each floor plan with multiple blueprint and design options, modeling 80% of the asssets from scratch to fit the design guidelines and use locally sold furniture. Following is one example and the base from which it was based.

With the real time project we were ble to also render the images for the marketing material (folders, ads etc...) and even creat 360 videos of the apartment so they would be easely shared to clients.
