A small group of fellow parents and I started Dolce Vista Media and created our first

product, OKKIO. Our technology allowed image and voice-activated targets in

children’s books to launch immersive interactive experiences that enhanced the ritual

of reading with children. We worked hard to make sure our experiences would never

replace the physical media but complement it. We produced an animation called The

Tales of the Seas that came with a comic book that triggered scenes.
