Title: Green constructions as an effective way to stabilize and improve the environment of Urbocenoses (on the example of Solomyansky district of Kyiv)

Description: The problem of deterioration atmospheric air of urbocenoses is considered in the paper, which leads to increase in the risk of morbidity in the population. The solution of this problem is possible not only with the use of technical and legal mechanisms, but also with the use of natural biological filters - plants. The lack of green areas in the Urbocenoses caused by poor environmental conditions and intensive condensed buildings. In order to plant greenery of central regions with compact low-rise buildings, we propose to use «green structures» in the Solomyansky district of Kyiv. In this case, they perform not only sanitary-hygienic and aesthetic functions, but also contribute to the conservation of species diversity of birds. As a result of the analysis of 7 factors, 13 species of birds are proposed, which can use vertical and horizontal «green constructions» as a feed base and breeding grounds.

Title: Regeneration of a residential quarter of Podolskiy disrtict in the context of the Kyiv historical development

Description: This article reviewed the problems of integrity violations of the historical urban environment. It is proposed to restore the planning-spatial structure, compositional integrity and functional activity of historical buildings using the regeneration method. This method was tested on a residential quarter regeneration project within the borders of Bratskaya, Igorevskaya, Andreevskaya and Peter Sagaidachnogo streets in the Podolskiy district of Kyiv.
