The first residential complex of a quarter type of development in Ukraine. We have preserved the existing landscaping and turned the abandoned industrial zone into a residential living space with a ready-made recreational area. Scenic silhouettes of buildings, elaborated planning of apartments and completely pedestrian yards have become the standard of a comfort class of residential real estate.
