This week in class I was assigned to display my intials in 3D using Adobe Illustrator and Trotec Laser Machine.
Inspiration + Process
My inital approach of this assignment involved myself browsing YouTube for origami tutorials to gain inspiration.

I then attemped to make these letters on my own.
I later discovered that the assignment was to be completed as if the letters were standing up off the page using the folds. Because of this, I re-approached the way the assignment needed to be completed.
I first found a way to creatively display my initials and determined how I want the parts of the letter to fold out of the page.
The following week I plan to recreate my paper model design on Adobe Illustrator.
