Local Deals web site and mobile app. Merchant would enter their offer on the website and it would populate the app (native Android and iPhone), create mobile page for the business with a QR code, create an SMS text offer and populate system that would reverse publish all offers each month to InDesign template to produce offer cards for the local area. 

As CMO, I worked with a team member on messaging and the development team on integration issues. I worked with design and usability issues. The main challenge was to take a large bulk of information needed and break it into small tasks that made it simple for businesses to upload their offers.
