Living Proof website
Living Proof is a science-driven, prestige beauty company. In late 2018, we replatformed Livingproof.com (from Magento to Salesforce), with a redesign focused on telling the brand's story of scientific innovation and supporting aggressive e-commerce goals.
I led the UI/UX efforts with a Salesforce designer from our development agency, and am responsible for most of the visual design. Our entire digital team got trained on Salesforce and handled populating most of the content, as well as ongoing site maintenance. The site is very much a work-in-progress, so check back soon!
The major UX improvements from the previous version of the site are updates to the navigation categories, as well as implementing filters on list pages. I completed extensive competitive research, and collaborated with our Brand managers and their data from consumer concern testing.
Product pages now prominently feature usage instructions, as well as compelling Before + After images. After working with our customer service advocate and learning about the types of questions she repeatedly receives, I also thought we should icons to call out key product features (such as having heat protection, being color-safe, vegan, etc.)
