This portfolio is a combination of work I have completed over the past 2 years. It begins with projects I completed throughout my Urban and Rural Design masters from Sept 2011 - Oct 2012. At the beginning of my masters I was relatively new to the subject of Urban Design and was inexperienced in using any of the main design programs such as photoshop, indesign, illustrator, sketch-up. I therefore feel that this collection of work shows the development in my skills and knowledge of regeneration and urban design over the last 2 years. As well as projects I completed throughout university it also includes my Individual design project which I completed by myself from May 2012 - Oct 2012. This was a large development project focused on combining and using all of the skills gained throughout the Urban and  Rural Design course. I completed my project on Sirocco Works in East Belfast.

 

Finally the portfollio includes physical regeneration work I have completed with East Belfast Partnership in the months since leaving university. This first-hand experience has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge and become more confident in the planning, development and implementation of urban design and regeneration projects.
