CHALLENGE
Create a low-cost promotion for a local coffee shop chain that doesn’t disturb the customer’s experience.
IDEA
We turned every to-go customer into a living billboard without them knowing it. Once they left the stores and drank their coffee, everyone else got to see them with a ridiculously bright and extra white smile.
RESULT
General happiness in the downtown area increased by 33.33%.
