The 500 Series System is a collection of battery hand held gardening tools designed for Stiga on Desall.com, involving in the design process several designers from all around the world. The family of gardening tools developed by our community had to comply with high-standard requirements, both in terms of ergonomics. functionality and aesthetics, creating a collection of tools that shared the same family feeling. Key to the success of this 500 Series System is the possibility to use the same battery across all devices, including the 500 Synchronised powerhead of the lawn mowers series.
"The brush cutter SBC500AE offers a great weight vs power ratio, with a 450 W brushless motor in only 3,4 KG. As all battery powered devices it needs very basic maintenance and produces very low levels of noise and vibrations. The 4,0 Ah battery provides 40 min of working time and a guaranteed sound power level of 96 dB(A)."
