Tv-Lux is a Belgian regional television channel located in Libramont, in the province of Luxembourg. Last January, they launched a contest whose goal was to completely rethink their set. After a first experience with the RTC Liège studio set, we decided to give it a try, and guess what, we won.
The chain had two main demands: first to give a boost to the space, so that it matches their image, modern and dynamic. Then, to think it fully flexible, to facilitate its daily use, and make it adaptable to all situations.
To meet the demand, we have draw custom all the elements, to be sure to respond to the strong technical needs of the television and to keep the aesthetic we wanted.
The decor is entirely made of LED strips and Plexiglas, also modular, are kind of elegant, without catching too much attention, for helping to focus on the central part. Desks, in brilliant white, play with light. The bleachers, allow to watch the shows with comfort, while delimiting the outside space.
The final result, original without being futuristic, extols functional to pure shapes, where the aesthetics focuses on the essential.
