Peak Prediction Service Proposal
As part of Stem's large Ontario initiative, the Ontario team were looking for initial front end mocks on energy usage specific to the Ontario energy grid to pitch to them their proposal for a Peak Prediction service. Using service design blueprinting in the discovery phase, we were able to pinpoint flaws in the current way other providers delivered their service and then recommend how Stem could provide an innovative solution over that competition.
