My task was to create an editorial type specimen book exploring the formal and influential presence of Rockwell and Open Sans. Using Blurb.com to create and print the editorial book.

TYPOGRAPHY

We explored the past and contemporary typefaces, their creation and formal qualities, also showing a brief typographic history. In addition, we learned how to create multi page designs, establish flow from spread to spread attempting to develop cohesive designs through out, including typography, color, spacing, and grid, consider and demonstrate the importance of hierarchy as a form of organization, and create concept driven design work.
