This is my demo reel of a fair amount of the work I did while at PopCap Games. It mostly focuses on character animation. There's also a fair bit of compositing work, some 3D animation, and the odd bit of puppeteering.
This work is mostly from before PopCap. A lot of work I did for television at Screaming Flea Productions. Plenty of character design, information design, 3D animation, roto work and compositing.
A promotional trailer I worked on for the Facebook game Solitaire Blitz. I did character animation, particle effects, gameplay capture, transitions, layout, typography, and built a few of the assets. Most assets come from the game artists who created the game.
A music video franchise promo for Plants vs Zombies. I did all of the character animation, gameplay capture, transitions, particle effects, modeled and animated the octopus in Blender, finessed timing and mouth animations, and composited the final piece.
A promotional trailer for Popcorn Dragon. I was responsible for character animation, particle effects, typography, gameplay capture, and compositing.
This is a promo for Zuma's Revenge! on the Nintendo DS. I did the animation, gameplay capture, and compositing on this piece.
This is a promo video trailer for Plants vs Zombies on Windows Phone 7. I did the character animation, dance sequences created the background elements, and did all the compositing for this piece.
A short promo video for PopCap games on Sony Ericcson phones. I did all of the character animation, rainbow animation, transitions and compositing on this piece. The turnaround time was three days from ask to completion.
