Pardal is a powerfull slab serif in 7 weights plus matching italics. The inspiration for the design came trough translate my grandfather's main adjectives in a font, as a result, Pardal combines strong serifs and clean lines with slight curves, bringing it an aspect more humanist and friendly.
The family comes in 7 weights plus matching italics, featuring opentype features like discretionary ligatures, case sensitive shapes, tabular numbers and many more. Pardal functions great in many sizes and surroundings, working good in long paragraphs, display, or in powerful headlines.

Pardal es una slab serif de 7 pesos con sus respectivas itálicas, su inspiración viene de un ejercicio de síntesis, traduciendo los adjetivos que mejor definían a mi abuelo para plasmarlos en una tipografía. Como resultado, Pardal combina fuertes serifas y líneas claras con curvas suaves, dando a la fuente un aspecto humanístico y amigable.
La familia esta formada de 7 pesos y sus itálicas, incluyendo características opentype como ligaduras discrecionales, números tabulares y muchas más. Pardal funciona bien en diferentes contextos y tamaños, siendo una buena opción tanto para párrafos largos como para titulares.
