Giving a playful pop to luxury urban living

The Collective on 4th are new luxury apartments in downtown Portland, Oregon that needed a fresh look to appeal to a growing younger audience. The visual identity was built on the idea of community, and extended through multiple touch points and brand extensions that extended its sense of urban charisma infused with playful charm.
