          Falling can cause serious injuries to the elderly and one of the main issue is the weakness of the muscle. This game is designed to help strengthen the muscle by letting the player pose according to the figure in each stage as the referee shout out “Stop” and “Go”. Also, part of it is adapted from the game "Mr.Wolf".   The elderly would have fun and exercise at the same time when they play the game.

- Help make leg and foot muscle stronger, decreasing the percentage of falling in elderly.

Rules
          Eight lines of each posture symbols are laid out in parallel “lanes”. Each (elderly) player will walk across each lane to assume the pose that is suggested in the tile  they land on. The player are to stay in their lane
from the beginning to the end. The figure they must look at when they play the game is the one that is the one that is right in front of them. The minimum of the player is two and the maximum is three.

         
          The game starts when the referee says “Go”. Every player will start to walk toward the other end. When the referee says “Stop” all the player has to stop right away. They would need to pose in the same posture as the figure in the picture. If they do it correctly, they get to continue but if they pose incorrectly or move after the referee said stop, then the person has to start the game again by going back to the starting line. Whoever crosses the eighth lane first wins.
