Prisoner Support Network
I designed an identity (logo and visual language) along with proposed printed materials, a website and chat-bot as a pitch for a service. The service provides those who have had direct or indirect experience with the criminal justice system the ability to get healthcare, education, and other facilities. It considered, therefore, family and other people who are connected to those who have been through the prison system (friends, staff in the prisons, and beyond). The copy used was conversational, imploring that no judgement be felt by using this service. A proposed chat-bot was developed through Facebook, and the website was developed for desktop and mobile.
The logo and icons were created to represent a friendly, welcoming invitation to the service. The DL flyers were done in black and on white stock, to allow for children to colour these in. Various audience touch points were considered.
